Week 3 continues and I decided to do one extra post. I usually don’t like the hot weather, but since I work out in the garage the warm air is a welcome change. Makes me think I have to install some heat and finish the ceiling before next winter!
Still working on getting said garage gym together, but I think I have a lead now so hopefully that will be done by the end of the week. Also looking to get a bicycle in order to change up some of the routine since boredom in working out is a sure fire way to make you quit. Courtice has lots of quiet roadway between Hwy 2 and Taunton Rd. I have a 6 Km and 12 Km track already picked out.
Did one extra workout last week for a total of 3, and they are getting a little longer..almost 45 min of cardio and weights. Also becoming more organized in the workout and making them more effective. Was planning to add another session this week but the accident on Monday put the brakes on that. Turns out this is a week to just try and maintain. In the next couple of weeks I will move up to the five that I want to reach. Then work all five up to about 1 hr 15 min.
